Donor advised funds

As an alternative to a private foundation, funds can be directed for a specific purpose with guidelines as to who the money is to be distributed.

Field of interest funds

A donor may direct their contributions to be used within a specific field such as the arts, health, education, a geographical area, or another area of interest.

SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS

A scholarship can be set up for a particular school or field of study with eligibility requirements and an advisory committee.

Agency Designated Funds

These funds are set up by other nonprofit organizations to receive donations to be used for their own programming and operations.

Unrestricted funds

Donations are distributed at CFFI’s discretion. These support a broad range of charitable causes through our grant making process.

Designated Funds

Gifts made to a specific project, organization or charity.
