Apply to become a partner!
Organizations, charities, and nonprofits that would like to partner with CFFI are invited to complete our application form. A $50 application fee is required with submission.
Our Board of Directors meets monthly to review new applications, monitor existing partner organizations, and oversee ongoing giving initiatives. At times, we may also ask organizations to present at a board meeting.
If your organization is accepted, we will meet with your designated representative to complete the necessary paperwork and finalize the partnership.

All reimbursement request for CFFI need to be completed using this form. Please submit the form along with all the applicable receipts electronically via email (director@cffindy.org) or in person to the Director at 107 N. Penn Ave., Independence, KS 67301
